Silvretta Peaks Penthouse is a newly built chalet-style residence set on a quiet hillside in Kappl, just minutes from Ischgl and the Silvretta Arena ski region. The residence offers approximately 139 m² of internal living space, complemented by a generous south-east facing terrace of around 31 m². Floor-to-ceiling windows and a fireplace create a bright yet intimate atmosphere throughout the living spaces.
Additional features include a private Finnish sauna, underfloor heating, triple-glazed windows, and direct access to ski storage and garage parking. Positioned close to the ski lifts and connected via free ski bus services, Silvretta Peaks Penthouse provides a private, residential alternative to traditional alpine hotels, suitable for winter ski stays and year-round mountain escapes.
